Responsibilities
- Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles including collision-damaged, old, and new vehicles.
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
- Understand and fulfill specific customer requirements.
- Maintain proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
- Report any damage to the supervising manager clearly and promptly.
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
- Maintain excellent service standards to positively represent the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
- Hardworking personality with leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
