Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and the purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting license and documentation.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.
• Reach out to previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
