Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other rules of the road are followed.
• Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion.
• Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and feature operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Help educate/train new staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
