Job Description
Taldeco is hiring an HR Specialist for a large Tier 1 in Jackson, TN.
About the role
- Pay: $70K-85K
- 2nd Shift (3pm-12am)
- On-Site non remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct all HR matters and be subject matter expert during 2nd shift
- Interview, conduct exit interviews, respond to incidents, handle complaints, write ups, etc.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience in an Automotive Manufacturing is preferred
- Proficient in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Experienced in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building positive workplace relationships
- Ability to manage and resolve workplace challenges effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of HR-related compliance and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is advantageous
