Luxury Automotive Service Valet

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Automotive Service Valet to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring their luxury vehicles are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. This position provides concierge services and will help maintain lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Park and retrieve luxury vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep demos prepared for valet service
• Transport vehicles to offsite locations
• Perform basic maintenance tasks: wash, refuel, and check tire pressure and fluid levels
• Ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles before returning them to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure a seamless service experience
• Help perform physical inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in valet parking or automotive service is preferred
• Ability to drive a standard transmission
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
