Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create an exceptional Lexus buying experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Present vehicle and payment options that fit the customer's lifestyle and budget.
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty.
• Connect customers with our Service Department for ongoing vehicle needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
