Responsibilities

• Sell financing to customers.
• Be responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
• Review customer credit applications.
• Make extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers.
• Utilize the menu selling process.
• Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products.
• Support the dealership’s initiative in Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.
• Comply with all Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
• Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Maintain effective employee relations.
• Promote and maintain good CSI.
• Show video disclosure 100% of the time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Submit to and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.
• Current, valid New Mexico Driver's License with good driving record.
• At least 2 years automotive dealership F&I producer experience.
• Finance and Insurance Management training preferred.
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
• Proven track record.
• Team-oriented.
